Delivery Time
- We at ZIVA aim to process and dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days once the order is confirmed either through an automated message on Whatsapp or a call from our customer care representative.
 - You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
 - The estimated delivery time for New Collections order is 7 to 10 working days from the order date.
 - During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
 
Delivery Charges
- Rs. 200 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan
 - Free delivery for orders over Rs.4000
 - Charges for international deliveries will be calculated on the basis of destination and the weight of the articles ordered, at the time of checkout.
 - We offer free delivery on international orders worth PKR 100,000 or more.
 - We are offering Cash on Delivery for customers in Pakistan.
 - We also offer secure payment gateways, now you can transfer your amount through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Master card, direct Bank Deposit, Jazz Cash/Easy Paisa, IBFT options.
 
Track Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number from Courier Company.
 - You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email or SMS.
 - If you don't get any tracking updates please write to us on Facebook, Instagram or our email address customercare@shopatziva.com
 - ZIVA cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
 
International Orders
- The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days after dispatching.
 - The delivery time and delivery charges may vary according to the provided destination.
 - In case of international order, if the customer selects Visa/Master card option for payment transfer, the delivery charges shall be automatically adjusted with the original amount of the order.

- Order amendments can be made if the order has not been already dispatched, we will be happy to assist you.
 - Order amendments can be made through our Customer care service by contacting us on Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp or our Email address customercare@shopatziva.com. If the order has not been already dispatched we will be happy to assist you.
