Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days once confirmed via automated WhatsApp message or a call from our customer care representative.
- Please ensure you are available on your provided contact number for verification.
- Estimated delivery time for New Collection items varies by collection and will be mentioned on the relevant product or collection page.
- During sales or promotions, delivery times may be extended due to high order volume.
Delivery Charges
- Rs. 200 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan
- Free delivery for orders over Rs.4000
- International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight.
- Free international delivery on orders worth PKR 100,000 or more.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Pakistan.
- Secure digital payment options include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, Direct Bank Deposit, IBFT, and other bank transfer methods.
Track Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message with your tracking number from the courier company.
- You can track your order using the courier’s website linked in the message.
- If you do not receive tracking updates, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email at customercare@shopatziva.com.
- ZIVA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or postal services.
International Orders
- Estimated international delivery time is 10–15 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery time and charges may vary depending on the destination.
- For international orders paid via Visa/Mastercard, delivery charges are automatically added at checkout.
- ZIVA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. All such fees must be paid by the customer.
Remote Areas (International)
- If the shipping address is classified as a remote area by the courier company, customers will be informed accordingly of any additional charges required.
Local Remote Areas (Pakistan)
- For deliveries within Pakistan to remote areas, customers are required to pay the full order amount upfront.
- Once payment is received, the order will be processed and dispatched.
Order Amendments
- Order changes can be made only if the order has not been dispatched.
- To request an amendment, please contact Customer Care via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email at customercare@shopatziva.com.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to assist.
Bulk Orders

- Wholesale is not offered to vendors based in Pakistan.
