- In case of cancelling your order, customer has to inform our customer service before the dispatching of your order.

- ZIVA has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, payment not accepted by payee's bank due to risk being unacceptable etc.
- ZIVA has the right to remove the articles from the orders in case of unavailability of certain article, this might happen rarely in extreme workload days.
- ZIVA has the authority to cancel the order if we do not receive any response from the customer for confirmation after 15 days from the date order has been placed.
