Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be entertained.
  • Dispatch usually occurs daily at 4 PM to ensure timely deliveries.

Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placement or before dispatch — whichever comes first.
  • If the customer does not confirm their order or remains unreachable for 7 days, ZIVA reserves the right to cancel the order automatically.

Paid Orders (Prepaid)

  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, prepaid orders will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued through:
  • The original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–15 working days, depending on bank processing schedules.

Store-Initiated Cancellations

ZIVA reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  • The item becomes out of stock.
  • A product has a pricing error or incorrect product information.
  • The payment is declined, flagged as high risk, or rejected by the bank/payment gateway.
  • The customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping details and cannot be reached for correction.
  • The customer remains unreachable or unresponsive for more than 7 days.

Partial Order Cancellations

  • In rare situations (such as limited stock or QC issues), ZIVA may remove one or more items from a multi-item order.
  • The customer will be informed, and refunds for cancelled items will be processed as per the refund procedure above.
