  • You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

2: Review Your Cart

  • Click the Cart icon to review all selected items.
  • Check quantity, size and price.
  • Remove or adjust items if needed.
  • Ensure the cart total and shipping charges are correct.

3: Checkout

  • Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • You can checkout as a guest or login to your ZIVA account.
  • Enter your shipping and billing address carefully.
  • Double-check your contact number — our team may reach you for verification.

4: Choose Payment Method

  • Select from the available options:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pakistan only.
  • Digital Payments: Visa/Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Direct Bank Deposit, IBFT, or other bank transfers.
  • Your payment is secure and encrypted.

5: Order Confirmation

  • After payment, you will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp/email.
  • Keep this confirmation for your reference.

6: Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days for in-stock items.
  • Keep this confirmation for your reference.
  • Pre-Order / New Collection items may take longer (7–15 working days) , details will be on the product page.
  • During sales or promotions, dispatch times may be extended due to high demand.

7: After Your Order

  • Track your order using the courier’s tracking system linked in your confirmation message.
